Lanyard Studio is a made-to-order manufacturer of custom lanyards, ID card products, and badge accessories, working with companies, schools, event organisers, and brand teams.
We take a specification — or a use case, if the specification is not settled yet — and turn it into a finished, branded product. That covers the strap itself, the printing on it, the hardware at the end of it, and the card or badge it carries. Because everything is produced to order, the specification is genuinely yours rather than a selection from stock.
Quotes, specifications, artwork approval, and delivery updates all run over email. That keeps a written record of what was agreed, which matters when the buyer, the approver, and the recipient are in different places and time zones.
We produce a free digital mockup for every order and wait for written approval before starting production. It is a deliberately slow step: correcting artwork placement or a colour reference on a mockup costs nothing, and correcting it after a production run costs the whole run.
We accept pilot runs from 100 units as well as high-volume orders. A pilot run is often the sensible first step — it lets a team put the real product in front of stakeholders before committing to a full quantity, using the same artwork files that a later, larger order will use.
