Frequently asked questions

Can you match our exact corporate colours?
Yes. Supply the Pantone reference for the strap colour and for the printed artwork. Dyed strap material and printed ink render colour differently, so the same reference can look slightly different on the strap than in the print — we work to the references you provide and show them on the mockup.
Can one order include different lanyards for staff and visitors?
Yes. It is common to run one strap design with different attachments or card holders per group, or a different strap colour to tell visitors apart at a glance. Describe the groups and quantities in your quote request and we will quote them together.
Do you add card holders and badge reels to a corporate order?
Yes — ID card holders, badge reels, and safety breakaways are all part of the range and can ship with the same order. Tell us how the pass is worn and we will recommend the attachment.
