Overview

PVC ID cards are our most-requested product for buyers building or refreshing an access or membership system. Cards are produced to the standard credit-card size and thickness, printed in full colour, and can carry an RFID or NFC inlay so the same card opens doors, clocks in, or links to a membership record. Variable data printing lets each card leave the line with its own name, number, or code drawn from a list you supply, so a full staff or member roster can be produced in one run. Pair the cards with a matching lanyard and badge reel and the whole credential arrives as a set.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between RFID and NFC cards?

Both are contactless chips embedded in the card. RFID is the general term used for access-control and clock-in systems; NFC is the short-range standard that phones can read and is common for membership and tap-to-link uses. Tell us which system the cards need to work with — or share the reader model — and we will specify a compatible inlay.

Can you print a different name and number on every card?

Yes. Variable data printing takes a list you supply — names, numbers, or codes — and prints each card individually in a single production run. Mention variable data in your quote request so we include it in the specification, and send the field list in a spreadsheet.

Can the ID cards match our lanyards?

Yes. We produce the cards, the lanyards, and the badge reels together so colours and branding line up, and can supply the credential assembled on request. Ask for a matched set in your quote request.
