Frequently asked questions

Questions we are most often asked by buyers ordering from outside Korea.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Orders start from 100 units. Smaller pilot runs let you validate artwork and hardware choices before committing to a larger quantity.

How long does production take?

Production is typically around 2–3 weeks once you have approved the mockup, depending on the specification and quantity. Shipping time is additional and depends on the destination and the service chosen. If you have a fixed deadline, tell us the date in your quote request and we will confirm whether it is achievable before you commit.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping cost and transit time depend on destination, weight, and the service level you choose, so they are quoted per order rather than listed as a fixed rate.

What artwork files do you need?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) reproduces best because it scales to the strap width without losing edge quality. We can work from high-resolution raster files as well. If you have a Pantone reference for your brand colour, include it — screen colour alone is not a reliable match target.

Can I see the product before it is manufactured?

Yes, and you always do. Every order includes a free digital mockup showing your artwork on the actual product, and production does not begin until you approve it in writing.

Can you match a specific brand colour?

Yes — supply the Pantone reference for both the strap colour and the printed artwork. Note that dyed strap material and printed ink reproduce colour differently, so a colour can look slightly different on the strap than in print on the same product.

How do I get a price?

Send a quote request with quantity and intended use. We reply by email, normally within 1–2 business days, with pricing and a recommended specification. There is no charge for a quote.

How do you handle communication and approvals?

By email. Specification, quote, mockup approval, and delivery updates are all confirmed in writing so there is a record of what was agreed at each step.

Can you print different names or numbers on each item?

Yes, for card products. Variable data printing lets each card carry its own name, number, or code from a list you supply. Tell us in the quote request that you need variable data so we can include it in the specification.
