Printed polyester lanyards

The standard choice for events, conferences, and staff passes. Full-colour artwork printed onto a woven polyester strap, with the design repeating along the length.

Overview

Printed polyester lanyards are the everyday workhorse of the range: a smooth woven polyester strap carrying your artwork in full colour, repeated along the length so the branding reads from any angle. They suit the widest set of jobs — event and conference passes, staff and visitor credentials, and promotional handouts — because the print method reproduces logos, gradients, and photographic artwork faithfully at a sensible cost. You choose the strap width, whether the print runs on one side or both, and the attachment at the end.

Frequently asked questions

What lanyard width should I choose for printed artwork?
Wider straps give artwork more room: 15mm and 20mm are the most common because they hold a logo and short text clearly, while 10mm suits a simple mark and 25mm suits detailed or photographic artwork. If you are unsure, send the logo with your quote request and we will recommend a width.
Should I print one side or both sides?
Single-sided print shows your design on the front only; double-sided repeats it so the branding is visible however the strap twists. Double-sided costs a little more but reads better in photos and on video, which is why event organisers usually choose it.
Can you match our exact brand colour on the strap?
Yes. Supply the Pantone reference for the strap colour and for the printed artwork. Dyed strap material and printed ink reproduce colour differently, so the same colour can look slightly different on the strap than in the print — we work to the references you provide.
