Event badges and passes are the printed insert that sits in the holder at the end of the lanyard. Producing them with the lanyard means the whole delegate credential — strap, holder, and printed pass — arrives as one matched set, colour-coordinated and ready to hand out at registration. Per-attendee variable data prints each pass with its own name, role, or ticket type from your final run sheet, and on request we supply the badges already assembled into the holders so your team is not collating on the morning of the event.

Yes. Variable data printing prints each pass individually from a list you supply — name, role, ticket type, or a code — in a single run. Send the run sheet as a spreadsheet with your quote request so the fields map correctly.

Can you assemble the badges into the lanyards before shipping?

Yes, on request. We can supply the credential assembled — pass in the holder on the lanyard — so your registration team hands them out rather than collating on site. Ask for assembled delivery in your quote request.
